The effectiveness of Project-based Learning for Editing and Production of Printed Media.

Editing and Production of Printed Media is one subject for second year’s students in communication arts curriculum.
It is the first subject that students learning in media production. It concern about principles of and procedure for printing media
editing; selection of news and articles; writing article; checks for accuracy; preparation of the manuscripts; media design.
Problem or Limited
Printed media is old media. The previous class is lecture base and practice, less participation from students.
Most students do not understand the nature of printed media; th ey are not familiar with printed media and make them feel
anxious or worried that they cannot do it. In addition, students have problems with creative thinking.
