Gamification Activity for Teaching Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR)

Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) is a molecular method to generate million copies of a specific DNA segment in a test tube. Understanding about how PCR works is quite idealistic. Therefore, making a PCR reaction by papers is introduced into my class. This is called “Paper PCR”.
