Increasing Student Engagement in Culinary Arts Class: Thai and Contemporary Thai Cuisine course for 3rd year Tourism and Hospitality Students

Collaborative learning involves two or more people sharing responsibility, taking collective decisions and acting together in order to learn something together. Moreover, this includes a wide range of approaches that differ with regard to the amount of in-class and out-of-class time devoted to group work. From the previous course of Thai and Contemporary Thai Cuisine in academic year 2017 the in-class and out-class student participation was low which show on the student performance when conducting the practical examination.
