Win-win Co-learning through Online English Learning Media

Introduction Learners of English as a foreign language are not equally equipped with effective learning resources, instructors. The resource disadvantages especially for learners of English as a foreign language, especially in the rural areas, could currently be solved with the application of the modern online technology. However, the developed contents need good cooperation among the following parties: university lecturers, English major undergraduates and school teachers. Therefore, this project aims at exploring the possibility of applying the online learning platform to enhance both the undergraduates’ as well as the primary students' English knowledge.
